Playing since 2012 – Home Design Story Review

It's hard for me to give this design game a star rating for several reasons... First of all I know that the game plan is based on an excel format... Which is why items are in certain angles... It's obviously not a 3-D game... 1. We should be able to give all our neighbors a gem on a daily basis... It's absurd to only be able to dole out THREE gems per day!!... 2. There MUST be a way to move the MAIN ROOM around... 3. THERE HAVE BEEN NO NEW ITEMS DROPPED SINCE APRIL OF 2017!!!... ARE YOU KIDDING ME???... Your customer service stinks!!!... But you're pretty quick to put your GEM SALE ad up rather regularly... 4. THERE ARE SOME SICK PEOPLE THAT ARE ON THIS "GAME"!!!... TROLLS/BULLIES that say and do whatever they please without repercussions... I'm starting to think its TL employees that are harassing people... PS... Why are there so many players from Australia??? 5. ALL legitimate companies have an 800 customer service number... YOU DO NOT!!!...WHY???... 6. There should be a way to have PRIVATE posts on your wall with neighbors... Trolls and other nut jobs will copy what you write... 7. A home name should NOT BE ALLOWED to be duplicated!!!... I have several trolls using my home name with same fonts and designs!!!... This is outrageous!!... Especially since I've spent REAL money to buy gems... 8. Why is it that innocent players get suspended for nothing?... The trolls use vulgar language and nasty emojis and are still on this game... Again, I feel it's TL employees that have access at deleting and suspending players!!!... 9. There should be a way to simply type in a players HOME NAME (NO ID) in order to invite them to be your neighbor... Other players DO NOT NEED TO KNOW WHO YOUR OTHER NEIGHBORS ARE!!!!... 10. I have paid for gems on many occasions... Several times I NEVER received the gems... I had to call APPLE to get a refund... 11. GIVE US NEW ITEMS!!! 12. GIVE US NEW WALL, FLOOR AND CARPET DESIGNS AND COLORS... I could go on, but I feel my Bp going up!!!... It's obvious you're all about the money and don't give a dam about the players!!!... Well, I plan on taking legal action against TEAM LAVA and it's affiliates... I'm tired of the bullies... Tired of the lack of concern for your customers... I invested my own money into buying items and I deserve RESPECT as a long time paying customer!!!... You get a 0 rating from me!!!... PS... I just went to submit and you even have the balls force a rating... You got a 1!!!...
