Bait and Switch – BestParking: Get Parking Deals Review

I pre-paid for parking at a rate of $20 only to be told on retrieving my car that there was a problem and I would have to pay an additional $63 to get my car back. Customer service reimbursed the original $20 I paid through the app but left me on the hook for the $63 I paid to the garage. How can you advertise a $20 rate, take the $20 before hand, and then tell the customer they will have to pay over three times more at the end of the agreed upon time period!! There are many garages in the area I could have used for between $20-$25. Be wary of this app, the pre-payment feature, and an organization that doesn’t honor its advertised rates.
