Great Customer Service – 360 Writer - Voice Recorder Review

I was trying out the app and decided to use it for an hour long meeting I had attended. The recording quality was great, very clear with no hissing or static. The problem I rean into was getting the first free minute transcription to check for quality. I waited nearly 24 hours. I wrote support to find out that the servers were down and they were working on getting them bac up. I was to try again in 12 hours. So much for immediate transcription of my meeting. I tried again the next day only to get repeated failure of my hour long upload. Mind you, I had already paid for a subscription for PRO features so I was determined. The upload kept failing. Also, mind you, I super fast internet at work. I wrote support again, notfiying them of my troubles. They responded quickly, letting me know they had fixed the long upload problem. After that, I gave it one, more, try. Voila! I uploaded my hour long recording without problems and I received my machine transcription about an hour later.It wasn’t a perfect trascription. There was more than one person speaking in the dialogue and it didn’t track that correctly but at least I had a working note I could scan. I’m strill trying to determine if this is the best service for me but I wanted to give my feedback. The interface is beautiful, the recording quality is clear, and the service worked after some initial falls. I will say that customer service was responsive immediately and professional. Thank you Patrik for your help and I will try this service out a few more times.
