The app is unhelpful – Bed Bath & Beyond Review

I don’t know if it is just the app or Bed, Bath and Beyond’s own computer system, but trying to locate an item that is supposedly in stock in a store is ridiculous. There is no way to locate where this item is supposed to be in the store. The supposed number available is not accurate. And once you get in the store their system is also not accurate. The employees can’t find items they supposedly carry. It also appears the app and the store systems don’t communicate well because your app can show you have a coupon, and the store system seems to delay it recognizing it. Also when you try to redeem said coupons online with the app, it doesn’t work. The instructions don’t match what is actually occurring.
