Stuck on loading after update – Bingo Blast! Review

Would like to be able to give it 5 stars but since the update it just stays on the loading screen. So, since the update I haven't been able to collect. I'm not the on,y one. I see a bunch of folks having problems. I tried app support but no page found. What's going on here?
