Doesn't work as described – RFV Review

I accidentally took a video in the wrong orientation. I saw all the great reviews of this app and decided to give it a try. It was a waste of time and effort. Halfway through the wait time, it says that there has been an error. I DID THIS 7 TIMES AND IT ALWAYS GETS TO 51.6% AND GIVES AN ERROR MESSAGE.
