No instruction, not intuitive – Voice Notes - Voice Recorder Review

I know how to edit video and sound. This app does not allow me to clip out a section by clicking on the symbol that indicates that function. There is no instruction for ANYTHING This is very frustrating! If there were ANY apps I could use for an iPad by itself, I would delete this thing.
