Need help – Pic Blender Photo Editor Review

I've been using this app for 6 months and now the keeps saying request timed out. Do anyone know this cause of this? October 25, 2017 as of date I'm still getting complications with this app. I was contacted by support via email regarding the issue. And I stated whenever I tried to use the fire edits I kept on getting "Alert request has timed out." I emailed a screenshot to support and they told me that the issue was fixed. I downloaded the new update, I uninstall the app, turned off my phone for a hour, I installed the app again but the same results was still the same. I even restored my phone and I know it's nothing to do with my phone but there's something wrong with this app.
