doesnt work – Snap Upload Caption : Safe upload & Quick save Review

it was cool at first bc it was .99 cent for 30 coins then it kept crashing so i re downloaded and now you have to pay 4.99 a day or 22.99 for the VIP pass... now even after buying it for $23 i had to re download & no way to restore the purchase ?
