It’s a great concept but... – SaferKid Text Monitoring App Review

Maybe I’m not as technologically savvy as I thought I was? I have had the hardest time with this app. It only updates when your child’s phone backs up on the cloud. Meanwhile, trying to get his phone unlocked so I could give permission to the app to allow privileges I somehow managed to erase everything on his phone. And it’s 5 days behind on what the app is showing me vs. what is actually currently on his phone. Totally not worth the effort and money. At this point I’ll just have to trust my son. This is ridiculous. Did I mention I’m locked out from the cloud now??
