such a bad service and too much ads – OnDemandKorea: Korean Dramas Review

there are so many things that I am disappointed about as a long term user of this app however the most disappointhing thing about them is the service. they provide such a crappy service, never replying back the email and just ignoring the users that need support or are giving recommendations. they regard us nothing else but money. i couldnt get on the app for over 5 days and they ignore me. their app itself is also really bad. they have ads every 10 minutes. it distracts watching the actual program it makes me confused if i am watching the tv or the ad. there are not only 1 but 2 and sometimes 3 ads as well. there are some programs and all the movies require you to sign up for a membership and pay money to watch them. this is a literal crap. dont ever use this app I am deadly serious.
