I don’t understand some things – Jackpot Poker by PokerStars™ Review

Number one, I don’t want my name shown, how do I change it? Number two, sometimes I want to bet an odd number, how do I do that? Number three, I’d rather my level not be on my avatar, how do you remove that? Number four, how is it that some hands are shown at the end of the hand and some are not? There is no information anywhere!
