WONT LET ME CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION – Astral Coach Review

I accidentally bought the subscription and canceled it right away. I'm still getting charged monthly costs even though I've canceled it twice already. To make matters worse no one will contact me whenever I leave a report through iTunes Store for faulty charge and their online support won't let you submit complaints! So I'm stuck paying for this because it won't let me cancel and it won't let me get in touch with anybody!!!!
