No longer working – Phone for Google Voice & GTalk Review

I used this app often and ran through 1000 credits of call time. But with latest update, and of course after I just purchased another 1000 minutes, the app is not working. I make the calls, I can hear the other people, but they can't hear me or the call drops after less than a minute. Please fix or reimburse me!
