Bad customer service – Your Move Board Games ~ play free online Chess, Checkers, Dice, Words & Backgammon with family & friends Review

I purchased the app for unlimited games and commercial free, something happened to the app that it would shut down as soon as I opened it. I removed the app and reinstalled it. I had all my games that I was playing but I lost my "premium" package. Now I can't rematch because "I have too many games in session" well how did I do that if I didn't have the premium package already? I have sent Facebook messages and four emails to support and not one reply back. I'm at the point of just uninstalling and moving to the next game. Suggestion, don't upgrade to premium. Delete the free one, then buy the premium package. "Shouldn't have to go through this"
