Bug issue – Office Jerk Holiday Edition Review

I am normally the kind of person who doesn’t leave reviews on apps like this one but I’m experiencing some issues with the scratch cards it somehow when I’m going to claim a prize it ends up crashing and I go and open the app again and it gives me the same issue please fix this issue I will be pretty happy ? if this issue gets taken care of Updated review October 14 2017: I’m still not able to use scratch cards in this holiday jerk because when I use scratch cards it crashes on me it’s almost like it doesn’t want me to win the prize and scratch cards are stocking up on me right now I have 15 scratch cards and I’ve even tried deleting this app and re installing it and it still has the same exact problem I would love to give this app a 5 star rating but I can’t because of this issue if it helps I have the iPhone 8 but if it’s a bug issue please fix it so I can claim my scratch cards
