ICQ versus other apps – ICQ Video Calls & Chat Rooms Review

I have used ICQ for at least 10 years and I just say that it is a solid platform. I find it more stable and reliable than skype even, forget about oovoo. The ICQ servers never go down and I know my messages go through, often better than text / SMS. The only improvement I would hope for is better time stamping. I'd also love to see group chats on the future, if try don't already exist. My company made a switch over to Skype for better log keeping and I regret it. ICQ for the win!!!!
