Fix my game please – Train Station: Rail Transport Review

Been almost a week now and I still can't play the game, screen keeps showing code pid: 1544361.... nine days and I'm still locked out tried deleting and reinstalling the game but still not working. Down now since 12/16/2016. Could have advanced 8 levels by now. Just tried to reinstall, Shows open button on apps page but still will not open and no shortcut on desktop 10/12/2017 Been trying to upgrade for over 30 min. Just spinning 5 hours later and still spinning
