Great game, but Percy Spooky forest broken – Thomas & Friends Minis Review

My son absolutely loves this game, but the entire app freezes every time he tries to use Percy's Spooky forest. It won’t even allow me to do an in app purchase even though I shouldn’t have to since I already unlocked everything. Please help
