Please fix – Clean Crosswords Review

I love this app but two things really annoy me. The first is that playing on multiple devices is sloppy. I prefer my iPad however if I’m on the go and pop in on a puzzle on my iPhone, the game is not synched properly and I have to waste more time putting in answers I’ve already filled on my other device! Second peeve with this app just started with ios11. I finish a puzzle 100% but it will not progress to the next. I take the time to complete a puzzle and then have to discard it just to get another puzzle. I expect more for a game I paid for. Please address these issues! Edit: When customers are explicit in their reviews about app issues, it’s annoying to be asked to contact support to reiterate. I’ve literally said exactly what the issues are and it doesn’t really make any sense to me why you feel you need a personal contact to investigate said issues. These are likely not device specific issues (Iphone 7 and ipad pro2) they are app issues and I’ve already communicated the app malfunctions. Edit 2: Well I certainly an not imagining my puzzles not advancing and I never requested an iCloud sync. I've seen other complaints about this too... from over a year ago so that should say something. For what it's worth, its most apparent if you use the help options. It's as if because it helped you, "you" did not finish the puzzle. Other apps have managed to sync their games across devices just fine so it's definitely possible. This is the only game I play where none of my work is saved outside of the device it's played on. Thanks anyways!
