Missing key features – Zoom Workplace Review

Two starts for great audio and video, but it's pretty junky for a business oriented tool. It's missing key features and has bugs. - When you join from a web link instead of typing a meeting number in the app, it totally ignores your settings about not turning the audio on. - Inside the meeting, there is no "mute" button. Just join the audio or leave the audio. What? Do these programmers never attend meetings? You need utter and complete control of your device from within the meeting.
