I enjoyed this game very much UNTIL ... Update happened, or didn’t happen, who knows! I had just purchased coins the morning this happened and I lost EVERYTHING...all coins, VIP status, and my money. Contacted support and was told to delete then reinstall. Great advice, since deleting would have taken me back to beginning status anyway. Grrrrrrrrr! Would only recommend this game if you’re NOT going to make $ purchases and IF you don’t mind starting over, and over, and over ... It’s not worth the frustration.
