Crash on start on iPhone 8 plus – Order & Chaos Online Review

The game keeps crashing on startup on my new iPhone 8 plus running iOS 11/11.0.1. Can’t even get to the loading screen. Can’t contact customer support though their website because it doesn’t let me (great customer service by the way [sarcasm]). I’ve requested help on multiple of their Facebook posts and the only response is that “the team is working on it”. Some update would be helpful.
