Plz fix problems – Slash Mobs Review

I love this game ,but I'm on level 60and i still haven't seen any flying chests ,I don't earn offline gold ,and I still have a crystal chest that I got in AUGUST THE 25!PLZ FIX PROBS ASAP!!!!!!!
