Not a well thought out app – Fuel Rewards® program Review

The app linked to both my Lyft Fuel Rewards as well as my Shell employee training rewards bonus. Once upon using both these rewards systems I encountered errors where the full rewards I had earned were not being received at the pump. Bad customer service; many emails later, and all they can do either time is tell me to fill up AGAIN at Shell to receive the rest of my points. So essentially 2 fill ups are require to receive any discounts from alternative fuel rewards programs? When these are all linked together through the app? Not thought out, careless even. Wastes people time and money.
