One of the best – GIF Toaster - GIF Maker Review

There are very few options for true gif makers. This app allows you to create and personalize gifs using content of almost any format— video, Live Photo, individual image sets, and gifs themselves. Being able to simply import a gif and due some editing/personalization is amazing, and rare. Developers— I’d love to see a more advanced text banner insert and edit option. It’s a bit clunky in this early stage. Multiple banners, more formatting, etc. Much love
