Not working, complicated setup – #VPN - Wi-Fi Hotspot Security Review

This isn't working upon initial setup... I have a 7 plus& it wants me to program the vpn settings but I have no clue where I'm supposed to get this configuration information... not flawless if I can't easily connect...
