THIS APP RUIN ME – Total files Review

I had this app for like 2 years..perfectly fine and stuff and does what i want it to do, was reliable and I even took it upon myself to purchase it.so that app was amazing...WAS. Last week September 22,2017,i updated my phone to the new ios 11 and then on Friday September 23,2017..i took my phone to the apple store(because it kept heating up) but the apple workers said everything completely fine.but they recommended me I eased this phone but I haven’t back up my phone since January 11,2017.so i went to back it up then erased it. Long story, all of my music files and documents disappeared and it even said to purchase it again..I tried restore purchases, contact the developers and even apple care but apple said its a third party so they can’t help...don’t get this app because all of my hard work just gone.??‍♂️?
