Why the new app icon? – CNET's Tech Today Review

Now, this app is pretty decent and I use it everyday. The main problem I have is that there is a new app icon. I hate when apps have a nice, bold colors as its primary color in their icons, like a bold red, then change the main color to white. This happened to Canvas, and now this, which makes the app icon just look empty. Why am I mad about this and not YouTube’s icon? Well that’s because there is a lot of substance to the YouTube logo. White is not the primary color of the icon, where as here, it is. Please change it back, I loved the old icon.
