My kingdom for an End Turn button! – SUBURBIA City Building Board Game Review

Tried my first solo game, out of income to buy anything, but the game won’t let me proceed until I place a tile, which I can’t afford, and I see no way to tell it “End Turn” or if there, some action that I can do that will let me just pass or take money, it wasn’t well-explained in the tutorial.
