Worthless App – Happy Birthday Photo Frames FX Review

This is completely worthless. The frames they have don't even enlarge to the size of a picture taken on your phone! Therefore, heads or bodies are cut off. For example, for a head shot that is from shoulders up, the frame would cover the shoulders and air space and all you'd get inside their little frame would be the face... ridiculous!!! Don't waste you time.
