Zero stars – WAVY TV 10 - Norfolk, VA News Review

Wish there was an option for zero stars. App worked fine until about a month ago. Then would not work when not logged into WiFi. The creator of app says it’s a bug in iOS 9.x. It was working in 10.3 and I just installed iOS 11.0. How is this an IOS issue now. Fix the app!!!
