I would still be willing to pay an in-app fee to save reloadable progress on a non-leaderboard save every 50 or 100 stars. Thank you for being kind enough to respond, but some characters can't use an amulet, and it would be really nice to start from an advanced position where the game's pace is wild and hectic and the character is established. It would also let us explore what-if options: what if we had powered up this or that tile, or that unfortunate positioning of a monster hadn't happened? Please do buy this game. The developer is brilliant AND as creative and thoughtful about his games.
