I have had insomnia for years. Really bad. This isn't a quick fix. Not like a pill, much better. It takes practice and patience but is an actual fix, not a band aid. Stick with it. I love the mindfulness ones. Especially for releasing anxiety because I believe that's the primary reason for anxiety.
