HOW ABOUT A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT Menardo Brothers – Emergency Radio Free (Police Scanner) Review

OK MENARDO BROTHERS, WILL A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, GET YOUR ATTENTION? I paid for the PRO version. The app is broken, and has been for quite some time. The listener counts never update, nothing else has been upgraded since 2012. Maybe there are grounds to file a lawsuit, I am checking with an attorney, to see what our options are. Wouldn't it just be easier to update the app. Earlier review: Looks like the Menardo Brothers, will not be updating this app. Apple will be deleting this app unless it is updated to 64 bit. This was a very good app! Hate to see it go. It seems like the developers, the Menardo Brothers, are going to cease any further development. Last update was in 2012!!! Please don't let this app die!!!
