Unable to get app to work :( – 103.1 The Wave Review

If I am using mobile data on an LTE network, it continually reloads several times throughout a song. When I hook to the network, when I press the play button, I get a loading icon for less than 2 seconds and then nothing happens. I really want this app to work because I LOVE YOUR station!
