I appreciate the variability!! – 12 Minute Athlete Review

I bought this as a way of mixing up my routine. I wanted to find something that was more dynamic than lifting weights, which is something I love to do. I enjoy that every time I use it, the exercise is somewhat different. I am often sore the next day, which is good. I do the 16 minute workout then take a minute or two water break before doing a 12 minute and that is a more complete workout than either alone. I will someday purchase the extras but right now I am happy with what they already provide!
