Trouble with app – Intelius Search Review

Used it before and it was pretty intuitive and had some good information. I created a new account searched some people, some profiles are very incomplete, people that are known to have numerous public records available. I signed out, now I am locked out of the account and told my account doesn't exist. Will be filing for refund since I used it for about 15 minutes. iOS app needs more features and fluidity for $10/mo.
