No "guaranteed" slugs from last 6 gold chest! – Slugterra: Slug it Out 2 Review

Love this game.... and Yes I have a massive amount of slugs, but I know I do not have them all. The last 6 gold chests have not had the "guaranteed" new slug as promised! I purchased these chests and lost gems/ money hoping to get new slugs!! Please either give me 6 slugs or my money back.
