Can't paste number to keypad – Vonage Mobile – Voice, Text, and Video Review

I enjoy the service but Why can't I paste a number I copied to the keypad, it's really annoying cause I don't want to save every single number I call. Am I the only one with the problem? I have an IPhone 6 if it helps.
