Glitch filled with poor customer support – Empire Four Kingdoms Review

The combination of these two conditions makes this game ultimately not fun. You end up arguing over the fact that the software doesn't work consistently with their customer support service as they continue to treat assets that are part of the game as if it was something from their own pocket… There have been many times where features of the game stop working because of "updates" or "bug fixes" that ultimately interfere with your experience and when you complain about them the concerns you have fall on rude and deaf ears. I had wish I had never played this game. And would recommend other to consider alternatives
