Unable to open photp – Alien Sky - Space Camera Review

It does not even let me open photos. I click on the + New button, scroll through my library, select the photo and nothing happens. Takes me right back to the + New button. Stuck in a loop. I've tried everything, closing the app, clearing the RAM and restarting my iPad Pro, nothing helps.
