The photo doesn't match the item – ColorSnap® Visualizer Review

I tried to find colors of my couch and no matter what picture I use, the interface doesn't match correctly. It's a grey couch. No blue in it at all. Every time I try to match, it only gives me blue and white options. It's bad.
