Great App to keep me on track – H2OPal - Stay Hydrated, Stay Healthy Review

PRO: I work outdoors 40 hrs a week in 100° to 118° weather and my brain interprets your body's thirst signal as hungry so before this app I would tend to get dehydrated easy. I got the app because it has a watch compatible to help me track my movement, intake and remind me to drink water when I haven't log intake. Con: Schedule only allows one schedule for daily awake and sleep times. During my work week my day starts at 4am (got to beat the heat as much as possible) on my weekends my day does not start until 8, 9 or 10am. Watch water intake add intervals of 3oz on custom add or 3oz & 6oz. Standard bottle of water are 16.9oz Suggest update: It would be great there was daily schedules rather than one schedule. Standard water add on watch 3oz, 6oz and 16.9oz
