Doesn't work, doesn't tell why – Simple SMS Scheduler - Auto Text Message Sending Timer Review

Scheduled my first text as a test, waited for delivery, never came. Checked the app, and the only help I got was a note saying "Not sent!", with no way to see why, if it will, retry, or anything. Thought I might contact support for help, but doesn't seem to be any. The one and only option in the menu is "Rate this App". So, OK, here you go: This app doesn't work, and there's no way to know why, what to do, or how to get help.
