Double charged. Stonewalled – Home Design 3D Outdoor&Garden Review

I upgraded and was double charged. Developers: I contacted you via ticket number 5477. I attached the receipt showing your double charge. Your robotic response said to "see the FAQ". Please contact me and refund the double charge! Buyers beware. This company is impossible to receive support from. Worse, if you do open a support ticket, the support site uses the FRENCH LANGUAGE when you are reading their robotic response! (The response is in English, but everything else on the site is French, good luck navigating) The software is functional and good for visualizing spaces. But, I would recommend using a computer based software if you don't want to waste your time.
