They forget you! – PokGear - Creator for Pokemon Review

The app itself is awesome. You'll get legit Pokémon, but at times the staff will straight up skip your appointment time for trades!! It's happened to me TWICE. Not ok! Everything else is great, just wish the staff were more professional and on top of it. Ruins the experience of a great system they've come up with. It's unfortunate.
