Screwed out of my gems – KingsRoad Review

So I downloaded this game a couple weeks ago and am very interested in it. Would love to have this be one of my dedicated games but the problem is I don't have enough space to keep or hold the items I have gotten or want to get, I have saved up over 250 gems and was just about to get 250 that I was gonna use on your starter pack to get more slots in my bag and vault and was one day off from my last daily check in and was gonna get the 250 I needed and opened up my game today and my daily check in rewards had been set back at day 1. This is the kind of thing that will make me not continue playing this game. If you can give me some insight to why this happened and or fix the problem I will continue. I am a dedicated gamer and would love to continue playing but will not if problems like this are gone be an issue. Hoping to hear back from you soon. Thank you for your time.
