This app needs to be updated/improved! – Pocket Home Review

I would like to give this app 5 stars, but I really can't. There are several problems that should be addressed. 1)There should be some way of earning coins on a daily basis. 2) I purchased 20000 coins for 99 cents, but did not receive them! Waited a day and still do not have the coins I purchased. Tried to buy them again, got message saying the item was already purchased and would be restored free of charge. Still have not received those coins. App support does not load!! How am I supposed to get help???!!!
