Needs some interface work – Game of Thrones Ascent Review

1. This game is incredibly slow if you don't buy their imaginary money with your real money (which is overpriced for what it is). 2. The key from the daily reward is busted. I've been robbed twice of my loot. This is a game ender for me because I do not buy the imaginary money, so that loot box was a big deal. 3. The "help" button doesn't actually help, neither does the wiki. Most of the time, there is no help button at all, in fact. 4. I was level 20 before I figured out the wisest way to use my talent points & suit up my guys. There ought to be a 1 time do over granted right around then. I never play this type of game so being a newbie sucked, no info about anything. I don't even know how to put in a "ticket" to get my key issue straightened out.
